A Culinary Weekend is a hands-on course for the experienced and inexperienced cook. Included, each participant invites one guest to the Friday evening champagne and hors d'oeuvre reception at 7:30 p.m., Saturday breakfast, lunch, the six-course dinner with wine package and Sunday, before departure, a full service breakfast.Saturday breakfast begins at 9:00 a.m., class will be held from 9:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Students and their guest will return at 7:30 p.m. to enjoy the six-course dinner prepared by the students under the direction of Master Chef Gabriel.
Accomodations are not included but are available at local hotels, motels, or bed & breakfast inns.
The course fee is $300.00 per student, due upon registration. Students may order their own Farm Restaurant logoed Chef's Coat for an additional $30.00 each to be available upon arrival.
Private Culinary Cooking Classes for group parties may be arranged at The Farm Restaurant or in your kitchen upon request. Special arrangements may be made concerning topics, menus, or themes.
